Shipping and Return's

 

Shipping and Returns

Delivery Services:

            HandleITrc will be using the services of United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) and FedEx. Most of the small orders valued under $100 will be processed using USPS domestically.

 

Shipping & Handling:

                Any package valued over $100 will require a signature at the time of delivery. We will only ship to confirmed addresses and will not ship to a P.O BOX, or address not verified by PayPal or the card holder.

All approvedorders will be shipped Monday-Friday. Our goal is to have all approved orders shipped out the same business day. If the order is received after 2:00 pm, it will be shipped out the next business day.

Any order received on weekends (Saturday or Sunday); will be shipped out the next business day once the invoice is completed.  Holiday weekends. Be aware there may be a few business days before your order is shipped but in most cases your order will be shipped out the next business day.

 

Saturday Delivery:

If you’re requiring a Saturday delivery, we will only offer “Guarantee Saturday Delivery”, through FedEx or UPS. Please note that this delivery service may cost you up to 4 times the regular delivery fee.

 

International Shipping:

            PayPal Only.  Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority International (7-14 days) or Express International (3-6 days).  Please understand the estimated times for delivery are only estimates. In some rare cases, it has been known for packages to take up to 45 days for delivery. HandleITrc  will not be liable for any package that is held up by customs, nor will we falsify any documents such as; lower invoice amounts or marking packages as “gift”. These packages will be automatically insured and for Express International, you will automatically receive tracking.

Countries we will NOT ship to are; Nigeria, Russia, Mexico, Italy, Turkey, Iraq, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan and the continent of Africa and it may increase as we see fit.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. In addition, due to circumstances beyond my control, shipments may take up to 45 days for delivery. In addition, all Priority International packages will only have domestic tracking. Once it has been received by your customs, it’s up to you to contact them for any additional tracking information regarding your items.

 

Return Policy:

All returning merchandise must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in its original packaging, and must be returned within 15 days of receipt. We will not accept any merchandise that has been open from its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for shipping on all returns. Before returning any package, we must be aware of it first in the form of EMAIL only. In addition we will not be held responsible for any returning package that is received damaged. Please be extra careful when packing. (Insurance is strongly recommended!)

If credit is returned, it will only be issued in the manner of the original payment. Returns on orders paid by COD will receive store credit only.

 Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless store credit is requested by card holder.

 

Defective Merchandise:

            The manufacturers have strongly recommended they’re to be contacted directly. Any defective product or products are to be handled by the manufacturer. In most cases the manufacturer will repair or replace the defective item if covered under warranty. We are not responsible for any defective products received nor will we provide any store credits or refunds. In addition, we will not call the manufacturer for you but we can provide you with the telephone number at your request.

               

Damaged Merchandise:

Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives to your location with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery if a signature is required. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call or email us immediately! Please save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize any chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
